Diagnostic
Diagnostic devices are designed to find out what is causing a medical condition, such as imaging apparatus or temperature sensors.
POCT
POCT stands for Point of Care, referring to a device that allows someone to do a test on or near their premises (as opposed to being sent away to another facility for testing). These can include a basic battery operated strip to a more complicated bench-top device.
IVD
An IVD (In vitro diagnostic) device can refer to a number of different types of device including (but not limited to) calibrators, instruments working outside of a living body.
Medical monitors
When it comes to medical monitors, the best quality monitors significantly reduce the risk of misdiagnosis. Our displays have a higher signal-noise ratio, so this makes it easier to enlarge images and to note any potential issues.
