When you live in a college dorm, you are also subject to the rules that are set forth by the university. Such things as nighttime curfews as well as restrictions on who can and cannot visit you in your living space can seriously cramp your college experience. This is definitely not an issue when you are living in UA student housing off campus. You can come and go when you please and you can always have whoever you want come over and visit or stay the night if you choose.
