Reviews
Many reviews on Judge Gerald Rosenberg’s performance and professional demeanor have not been stellar. Some state he is not focused, biased in his rules, and prejudiced in opinions. Rulings are based on how he feels that day and not on the facts of the case or the law. This had led to a reversal of several cases which were appealed to the California Court of Appeals.
There is no word on the sudden retirement of Judge Gerald Rosenberg. His vacancy has not been filled.
