Any great seafood joint worth’s its weight in, well, sea salt, has a lobster bar. Like a regular bar has all the spirits you can imagine and then some, a lobster bar is all fresh, incredible seafood, all of the time. That’s but one reason to love and live at the lobster bar. Here are a few other reasons.

Talk About Fruit of the Sea

Lobster is the star of the lobster bar, but there are delicious sideshows that definitely hold their own. At Boston & Maine Fish Company, we source the highest quality ingredients, prepare them simply and serve them classically. It’s no wonder: if you Google “best seafood Faneuil Hall,” our name pops up. Here’s why.

We feature lobster cooked multiple ways. We boil it, serve it with melted butter, corn on the cob and lemon. Then there’s our Lobster Special. It’s a 1 1/4-pound Maine lobster cooked any way you want, served with butter, corn on the cob and our renowned homemade New England clam chowder.

Our lobster bar menu includes peel & eat shrimp, steamed mussels, soft shell steamer clams, raw oysters and raw clams. Beer-spiked oyster shots and clam shots are up for grabs as well. All shrimp, mussels and clams come with butter, lemon and/or cocktail sauce.

Yes, There Are More Lobster Options

It’s no understatement that we’re a lobster lover’s paradise, not to mention the best seafood Faneuil Hall. Our lobster options continue on our main menu, which boasts a succulent, freshly made lobster salad roll served with crisp green lettuce and lemon.

Our salad plate combines expertly cooked, tender lobster with a vinaigrette. We serve the salad on a bed of lettuce and include lemon on the side. Our shrimp salad roll and shrimp salad plate provide a refreshing accompaniment or alternative to our lobster dishes. Either dish hits the spot for a workday lunch or a special occasion.
